Elide Rathborne, has been the Director of Design at Bond Collective since 2015. She spearheads creative, thoughtful and innovative design concepts for each nationwide location and oversees every detail associated with layouts, furnishings and finishes. She oversees Architecture teams, Construction and Project Management teams as well created an In House Procurement department to ensure budget friendly, timely and well developed spaces. She works closely with Branding and Marketing teams to ensure all Bond Collective materials represent the creative values of the brand fully.
Her creative points of view are rooted in history and travel. She is a graduate of the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and has been featured in Dwell Magazine and Mic.com’s series “Reinventing the Workplace.” Her mission is to bring confidence and joy to people through the design of their surroundings.
